Abstract:
We present the status report on the Hα prominence catalogue created from
observations of the Lomnicky Peak Observatory in Slovakia (LSO) for the
epoch 1967-2009 and the Kanzelhöhe Observatory for Solar and Environmental
Research in Austria (KSO) for the epoch 2009-2021.
Regularities and peculiarities of the polar branches in the time-latitude
distribution of the Hα prominence will be presented with a hypothesis
explaining the determined properties of the polar branches.
