Ongoing investigation of ice analogs of the Solar System icy moons using laboratory facilities

ABSTRAKT / ABSTRACT :

The aim of the presented study is to provide new insight on the properties of molecular oxygen and mixtures with H2O,
CO2, N2, CH3OH, CH4, exploring temperatures from 8K to 80 K to further constrain the nature of the observed features
on the Galilean satellites. Experiments have been performed in the vis range using the AU-UV beam line of the ISA
ASTRID2 ring storage, at the University of Aarhus.
