INTERNSHIP INFO AT THE BEGINNING

- thank you for coming!

- apology for no travel grants and other financial support (except
  accommodation)

- instructions on safety: signatures of the document
  (mostly health protection at work and fire protection)

- end: any time (morning at 09:10 after negotiation with cable car)

- goal: the practical observations - solar and coronagraphic,
        2D spectroscopic, polarimetric: observatory, instruments,
	operation, observations (with some science behind)

- planned schedule:
  - day 1: arrival, acclimatization, life at the LSO
  - day 2-4: - lectures 09:00-~12:00, 15:00-~17:00 - not obligatory
             - your presentations: each day 17:30  - not obligatory
	     - discussions in case of your interest almost at any time 
  - day 2 or 3,4,5: observations (sunrise at HH:MM local time,
                    "pyjamas" meeting at HH:MM-0.5 hour UT in the kitchen)    
  - day 5: departure - morning at 09:10 (09:30,09:50)

- not a classical internship (LSO and its isolation/limitations)

- in case interest to help us: small tasks available

- social media: please, only outside + inside dome

- interest in your pictures+videos from the LSO

- information at your university for students of astronomy
  (bachelor,master,PhD)

- LSO details:
  - entrance door
  - 2 bathrooms with WC (crushing device, doors, ventilation, warm water,
    water colour...)
  - kitchen: water types, garbage types for separation, drains, fridge,
    kettle, microwave, stove
  - light on corridors
  - wifi: NEUTRON1 or eduroam
  - storm emergency - unplugging all!
  - health, pills
  - health insurance
  - rescue service
  - missing food stuff
  - problems: cleaning needed, strange noise, anything -> JR
  - other persons at the LSO - handyman + IEP SAS + ?
  - security: dark outside, open fire/candles NO but use mobile
  - official language
