CAOSP also publishes review articles by experts in a given field. A review article should capture the current understanding of a topic, including a historical context and major questions for future research. Review articles should be written to a wide audience of astronomers, including students. It is expected that the size of a review article is not less than 30 pages in the CAOSP format.
The editors also welcome and accept review papers resulting from recently defended PhD theses, or, at least, their extended abstracts. The supervisor's comments are required.
